It was one of the most eagerly anticipated announcements of this pre-BaselWorld period. Frédérique Constant delivered a horological masterstroke last week. It wasn’t a new model, nor even a simple technological evolution, but a genuinely new market segment: the horological smartwatch.
Frederique Constant Retailer Portal was great! The training modules were very easy to follow and I love the different videos mixed in with the training – it got me very excited about the brand!! The videos also help me remember the history of the brand. I love the opening page and how easy and straightforward it is to navigate through. Simple is best and not too much to go through. I did not feel overwhelmed as a new retailer to the brand.

I always make selections based on aesthetics and functionality and never on the exclusivity criterion. People who chase the highest price models just to set themselves apart are looking in the wrong places for their own self esteem. Very true. I acquired a Slim Line watch recently and it does look and feel much more than what I paid for it. Needless to say that I am very happy with the watch, and have become an instant fan of the Frederique Constant brand, largely because of its philosophy and how each of its products reflect that philosophy. Oh, and Peter, what you write and how you write your blogs is reflective of your passion, keep it up!
First of all “thanks a lot” for such a great after sales service. They gave me the best possible solution to my problem and I’ve been constantly updated about my watch situation at their workshop. I can affirm that any other high quality brand (and I’ve taken to service Panerai and Rolex watches) wouldn’t give me a better after sales service than F.C.
Reading this thread and the incredible after sales service offered to the OP from FC, makes me very excited to say that I will be picking up my first ever FC-710 from an AD, this coming Saturday!
Hi Sebastien, I have recived my watch back today, I don’t know what to say except Thank You so much the braclet is beautiful and very unexpected. I also love the book and it will take pride of place in our new extension on the coffee table. Again Thank You for all your help and the Watch looks brand new.
