  • T3 Quality control
Once the watch leaves the T2 workshop, it undergoes a series of extremely thorough quality control tests in the T3 workshop. They go through 3 types of control: functional, visual, and tightness. All Frédérique Constant watches, whether mechanical or quartz, must pass this stage.

T4 Strap or bracelet fitting
Finally, once the watch has passed all the necessary quality tests, it arrives at T4, for the addition of the strap.

  • T2 Encasing
When the movement is ready, we move on to the T2 to encasing. First, we adjust the dial on the caliber and then we add the hands. Our watchmakers have to be very precise in order to have all the hands perfectly aligned and synchronised. Then, we enclose the whole thing in a case, before adding the crown.

  • Discover through our upcoming posts the creation process of our Manufacture watches. It goes through 5 workshops.

T0 Machining
First, we create the parts that make up a watch movement with brass plates from the design, then cutting and finishing.

T1 Movement assembly
When the components are ready, we move on to the assembly of the movement at T1. There, we perform the pre-assembly operations, the assembly of the base, and the assembly of the module.
Almost all assembly, setting, and adjustment operations are carried out by hand to ensure the highest quality of our watches.
