In Switzerland, France and Germany if you have selected the option “Pick-up at retailer”, you will be notified by email whenever your product is ready for Pick-up at our trusted retailer, together with the address. The retailer’s selection is done by the customer during checkout. To pick-up your order, simply go to the retailer with your order ID number and an ID document (Passport or ID card). If you wish to let a third-party person to pick-up the order for you, please make sure to provide this person with a written and signed authorization, together with a copy of your ID.

FULLY INSURED DELIVERY


Your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you.
 If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.


MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the courier company will leave you a card to notify you of the delivery attempt. 
This will allow you to either phone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect the package from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our delivery method require a signature. If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive it. Please note that for items that were undelivered through the fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping fees from the refund total.

RETURN / CANCELLATION

We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes, items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from our official web store.

To qualify for this, the item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with the original box, instructions, guarantee, and all extras. When the item is received, a check is performed to verify that everything is present and in it’s in original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund.

We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which the items were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays.

Please return your product using an international courier company (FedEx, UPS, DHL or a similar recorded service). This way your delivery is insured. Please also record the tracking number. Customers are responsible for all returns postage or any other delivery costs.

We will refund you the full price of the returned products using the same method or card you used for payment, excluding the transaction fees charged for your initial purchase and for the refund.

Case#2: You have selected the option “Pick-up in our authorized retailer”

If you wish to return the product you’ve ordered, please request the return directly at the retailer within 7 business days after your initial pick-up. The retailer will then notify us. If the product qualifies for a return, we will process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays. We will refund you the full price of the returned products using the same method or card you used for payment, excluding the transaction fees of your initial purchase.

EXCHANGES

IN BELGIUM, FRANCE, SWITZERLAND, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG, AND THE NETHERLANDS.

Case#1: You have selected the option “Receive Free at Home”

If you wish to exchange a product for another item, please fill in the return form above to initiate the product return procedure. We will get back to you with the next steps to follow to return your purchase and claim a refund. You can then purchase the new item of your choice directly in our e-store.

Case#2: You have selected the option “Pick-up in our authorized retailer”

If while picking up your watch at the store, you wish to purchase another item, you are free to do so directly to the retailer. Your initial item will be returned and you will be refunded as explained above in the return section.
