What do I do if my smartwatch runs out of battery completely?
- For watches equipped with a rechargeable battery, you just need to charge the battery.
⚠️Please DO NOT use a fast charger to charge your watch, as this may cause problems to the module
- For watches equipped with a non-rechargeable battery and therefore with a limited duration of 2 to 4 years (depending on the model), please visit your closer local Service Center (Frederique Constant & Alpina) so the battery can be replaced for a new one.
